Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to 2-3 direct reports, overseeing a team of 10. Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Public Relations: Lead public relations efforts including social and earned media as well as corporate and financial communications with clients across the agency.
- Account Management:
- Manage one of the agency's leading accounts, overseeing digital communications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering excellent service and meeting their needs.
- Monitor and report on account performance and progress.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase revenue.
- Organic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to foster organic growth and enhance customer loyalty.
