We are currently working with a Fortune 500 healthcare organization to identify a Director of Business Development for their Pharmacy Benefit Management offering. This role will operate as an individual contributor and has the flexibility to allow certain candidates to work remotely. Please see below for a list of high level requirements that candidates should possess.
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of sales or business development experience within pharmacy benefits/PBM service consulting
- BS degree in science, business, health administration or similar (MBA, PharmD, or other advanced degree is preferred)
- Track record of building and maintaining high-value partnerships with HR executives, financial officers, and other corporate leaders (VPHR, CFO, benefits manager, etc.)
- Subject matter expertise within PBM contracting, operations, market trends, etc.
- Must be willing to travel 30-40% of time, as required
